Gian Carlo Casparis
Gian Carlo grew up in the Bündner Herrschaft and has long had an interest in the wines and culture of this region. For years he has cultivated a close relationship with the local wine producers and knows their products in detail. After graduating from the Swiss Hotel Management School in Lucerne, Gian Carlo gained experience in the international luxury hotel business. As a former hotel manager and Director of Food & Beverage, he knows the art of superior guest care and looks forward to meeting the wishes of his discerning guests. In addition to his training as a federally qualified hotelier and restaurateur, and his many years of professional experience in the top hotel business, he also holds a higher WSET diploma (Wine and Spirit Education Trust Level 3) and regularly attends further training courses on the subject of wine and sensory perception. His first language is German, and he is fluent in English, French, Italian and Spanish.
Christine Spiri
As a qualified sommelier and experienced assistant in the wineries and cellars, Christine is the perfect addition to our Guide & Event Team. She is currently preparing for the new organic wine tours and is looking forward to hosting many interested guests!
